Pet Care

During the grooming process all care is taken to ensure the health of your pet is considered.Dial a Dog Wash operators and owners are not liable for any pre-existing conditions and problems found during grooming. Any advice given regarding health problems should be checked out by a vet.

De-matting

In the event of matted fur needing a clip down, the owner should be aware that irriatation may occur from the shaving process. Due to matts sometimes being tight to the skin, the dog's skin may get caught because of the close proximity of working to the skin. The owner agrees that Dial a Dog Wash shall not be held liable for any after grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems 'uncovered' on a badly matted neglected coat.The owner agrees to pay all costs for the grooming of the dog including de-matting , whether or not the groomer is able to complete the job.

Please Note: The money back guarantee will not apply, in the event of a grooming injury to any dog with a badly maintained coat, matting etc.

Aggressive Dogs

Dial a Dog Wash reserves the right to refuse to groom any pet for the safety of the groomer and the dog. The owner agrees to inform Dial a Dog Wash prior to grooming if the dog has bitten or has aggressive tendancies. The owner understands they will be held liable for all bites caused by their dog.

Cancellations

Missed appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the standard grooming charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice given will incur a fee of 50% of the standard grooming charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice given will incur a fee of 100% of the standard grooming charge.

£5 Discount Offer

The £5 discount applies to every customer you recommend to us that books and uses our service for the first time. This discount applies for up to 3 bonifide referrals between our visits to you.

Customer Loyalty Schemes - Every 5th Wash 1/2 Price

·         The dog/dogs must be rebooked in with your Dial A Dog Wash Groomer immediately after your dogs groom/wash on the day of the groom,  for all loyalty schemes to be valid.
·         If for some reason any appointment cannot be kept, the Dial A Dog Wash office must be informed within  a minimum of 48 hours notice of the appointment date and the necessary re-arrangement of the booking must be made. Failure to do this may result in losing your loyalty discount.
·         The "half price" discounts on wash , groom and conditioning apply from 1st January 2011 onwards.
·         The "half price" discount only applies if used within 12 months of the initial first groom.

·         Dial A Dog Wash reserves the right to review and alter their prices at any time, but guarantee that the "all inclusive grooming" £5 discount will always be offered after any future price increase.
